I know faithful blog followers, I've been soooo slow with my updates, I've devastated you all.
(That was for Mark, my most persistent follower).
So here are some special summer treats to tide you over.
Went on a sail on François and Nancy's yacht, which was so amazing- weather was beautiful. Having a boat is really something. We zipped all around the harbour, saw a few others doing the same.
Went to the wildlife park with my friend Alisha and her kids. Was all fun and games until the wee one got a little nip by one of the colts in the petting zoo. Doesn't make for a nice way to end the day... But the rest was just lovely!
We also have a new foster (with a pending adoption, I might add!!), Kaltag. He had been bounced around from home to home and needs to find his permanent placement. I think we have the perfect folks lined up but don't want to jinx it. These were taken on a gorgeous day when we took all four (yes, FOUR) dogs to the quarry for a little dip. Kal is a really handsome boy, and a real sweetie.
